Welcome to The Daily Wonder! These terms explain how you can use our website, our podcast and anything you download from us. By using the website, you agree to them. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
Listening and sharing
You’re welcome to listen to our episodes, play them at home or in the classroom, and share links to them with friends and family. Please don’t re-upload, sell, or rebroadcast our episodes, artwork or downloads, or use them in your own products, without asking us first.
Free downloads
Our free downloads, such as the Yoto playlist icon and card cover, are for personal use. You can print and use them at home or in a classroom, but please don’t sell them or share them as your own.
Learning, not advice
We research every episode carefully and aim to be accurate, but our episodes are for curiosity and fun. They aren’t medical, safety or professional advice. Science also moves on, so if you spot something that’s out of date, please let us know.
Grown-ups in charge
The Daily Wonder is made for children aged 4–10 to enjoy with their grown-ups. Our website, forms and the podcast apps we link to are for parents and carers to use. Please keep an eye on young listeners when they use app, websites, and devices.
Sending us questions
When you send us a question, you confirm that you’re the child’s parent or carer and that you’re happy for us to use it. You give us permission to use the question, and your child’s first name if you include it, in our episodes and in things related to the show, such as episode titles, descriptions and social media posts. We may shorten or reword a question to fit an episode. We can’t answer every question, and we don’t pay for questions we use.
Other websites and apps
We link to podcast apps and other websites, such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts and Yoto. We’re not responsible for their content or how they use your information, so please check their own terms and privacy policies.
Our responsibility
We work hard to keep the website and podcast running smoothly, but we can’t promise they’ll always be available or free from errors. As far as the law allows, we’re not responsible for any loss that comes from using the website or podcast. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have by law.
Your information
Our Privacy Policy explains how we look after the information you share with us.
Changes and the law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top shows when they last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
