Got a Yoto player? You can add The Daily Wonder to a Make Your Own card, so your Wonder Kid can pop it in and listen, with no screen in sight. It only takes a few minutes.

You’ll need: a blank Make Your Own card, the Yoto app, and a web browser on your phone or computer.

1

Copy our podcast link

This is The Daily Wonder’s RSS feed. Yoto uses it to find every episode.

2

Add it on the Yoto website

Go to yotoplay.com/create and log in with the same email you use for the Yoto app.

a. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Podcasts in the floating menu.

b. Click Add a podcast at the top of the page.

c. Paste our link into the box and click Grab podcast details.

d. Add our icon (optional): click the faint + square to the left of the link box and choose the icon (download it below).

e. Click Create podcast to save it.

3

Link it to a card

In the Yoto app, go to Make Your Own and tap The Daily Wonder. Tap the ⋯ menu, choose Link to a Card, pop a blank card into the player and tap Link.

Wait for the green tick on the player.

4

Pop it in and listen!

Take the card out and put it back in to start listening. Stick our card cover (below) on the front so it’s easy to spot.

5

Get each new episode

To download new episodes, turn the player on each day and plug it in, or pop it on its charger, without a card in. It takes about 2 to 5 minutes to update. We switch it on while the kids brush their teeth, and by the time they’re done, the new episode is ready.

It took us a long time to figure this out, so hopefully this saves you some head-scratching!
