The Daily Wonder started with one curious boy and a never-ending stream of questions. Today it’s a family-made show for inquisitive kids and the grown-ups who love them, researched, written, recorded, and edited right in our home.

Thank you for making it part of your family’s day!

If you’d like to be part of the show too, find out about the Wonder Club we’re planning.

Meet the Team

Kim

Chief Researcher & Show Host

Eye doctor, home educator, and now podcast host! Kim researches every answer on the show and loves turning big, complicated ideas into explanations kids can enjoy and remember.

When she’s not making episodes, she’s either at the hospital looking after patients’ eyes, or out exploring with the kids, usually returning with more questions than answers.

N

Nick

Chief Editor & Head of Sound Effects

If you’ve ever heard a volcano rumble or a bee buzz past your ear on the show, that was Nick’s doing. He takes each recording and brings it to life, searching for just the right sound effect and the perfect piece of music to go with it.

When he’s not editing, you’ll find him teaching the kids to read, cook, and fix things.

Kirin

Chief Wonderer & Apprentice Researcher

Every question on the show comes from Kirin or gets his seal of approval. What he says goes! He’s also learning to track down answers himself; he’s getting very good at finding the right book to answer a question.

When he’s not asking questions, you’ll find him mushroom hunting, looking after his pet sea monkeys, or entertaining grown-ups with jokes.

Nova

Chief Listener & Apprentice Wonderer

As the youngest member of the team, Nova is our toughest critic. If an episode keeps her listening, we know it’s ready for Wonder Kids everywhere. She’s learning the art of wondering from her big brother, and my goodness, are the questions starting to roll in!

Become part of the Wonder family

We’re planning to launch the Wonder Club, a membership for families who want to get even more from The Daily Wonder. Your Wonder Kid could hear their name in a birthday shoutout, send in recordings to be featured on the show, and help vote on which questions we answer next.
